Karen called in one day and was very upset!
Her third party plugin that was 20 years old and no longer supported – stopped working! OH NO’Z!
Normally Karen would be VERY upset and somehow put the blame on Jeff and the hosting. But thanks for our talented Personality-Adjustment Services, she was actually able to accept the very basic information given to her, so she thanked the Call Center Rep and moved on.
